An Evening with Adventurer Tracey Elliott-Reep
Illustrated presentation.
Tracey has ridden the length of New Zealand, across Southern Europe,
from Mexico to Canada, John O' Groats to Land's End
and across Ireland. The books she subequently writes of her
experiences are all sub-titled Riding by Faith
July 2018 – No meeting
During Chudfest, GHG will be staging an exhibition in the Church as
part of the town's commemoration of the Armistice of 1918 and during
Carnival Week, Alan will be giving a talk in the Library titled
Devon at War 1914–1919.

Open meeting
A special evening open to the public in the Church to commemorate the
centenary of the 1918 Armistice.
An illustrated presentation by Martin Fletcher on the battlefields
of the First World War will be preceded by a short presentation of
the final months of 1918 by Alan Brunton.
No admission fee; donations to the 2018 Royal British Legion Poppy
